Marketing Consultant- Dallas, TX

This is an Inside Sales/Recruiter position in which you will be responsible for the following:

Recruiting healthcare professionals for hospitals and clinics nationwide

Actively search for candidates and new business using various methods, including cold calling

Create innovative ways to recruit qualified professionals for contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions

Negotiating contracts for both the client and the professional

Match/Advise/Manage career decisions for healthcare professionals by building long-term relationships Qualified candidates are required to have:

Bachelor’s degree

One year minimum sales experience
