medical staffing company based in Dallas, Texas. We are currently looking for Inside/Outside
Sales/Recruiter to join our new PRNPool.com division.

Responsibilities:
- Actively
search for candidates and new business using various methods, including
cold calling and database mining
- Aggressive
networking with prospects on a daily basis, minimum 80 outbound calls per
day
- Match,
advise, and manage career decisions for healthcare professionals by
building long-term relationships
- Create
innovative ways to recruit qualified professionals for contract, contract
for hire, and permanent positions
- Negotiate
contracts with client organizations (including hospitals, clinics,
outpatient imaging centers, etc)

Requirements:
- Bachelors
Degree
- Computer
literate
- Entry-level
position; sales experience highly preferred but not required
